all those who still wonder what a "Jake" is.........it's a
fireman. The term originated in the New England area and is commonly
used thoughout the FD community. It is a true honor for a fireman to
be called a "Jake", a real sign of respect to the experience
the fireman brings. Just think we got you to come look at our site by
